I think it would be a good idea for Harrisons to introduce a summary of all orders placed, to their web site.
Presently we order both by telephone and on the web site. A simple email is the bare minimum service you should expect from an online ordering system.
A better system could also include cutoff times for delivery next day, and simple order status with tracking reference numbers where applied (for carrier / postal tracking) for urgent items.
This would eliminate duplicate orders when stock is short, and ensure correct delivery of all items is recorded.
What does anyone else think?
Having seen this forum board though, I'm not going to hold my breath waiting for an answer.

I am sorry for the length of time waiting for a reply, I have been looking into the things that you have suggested and we are working on improving the web ordering facility in fact this was the the trial phase to see what the up take was going to be.
We will be working to bring new features to the customer area on the web page in the near future.

Hi Mark / Jonathan what Mark mentioned above back in 2013 seems reasonable and i am surprised to see that over 2 years later things seem to be operating the same. Perhaps introduce a update on each account as soon as a member places an order. This way we can login to our account and check for ourselves instead of chasing Harrisons.
On another matter, do you re-introduce popular cloths which are sold out? I have a customer who is desprate for the Sunbeam 28653 (pink with blue overcheck). Kind regards Leo
