Looking a little further into the past, at blip history, it is easy to understand how innovation has always been the most important factor , both for the Country Email List founders and for everyone who works here. We started in the middle of the ufmg campus, working with mobile internet, we went through the wave of sms and value-added services, until we reached the challenges of chatbots that, finally, would be the beginning of what we today call smart contacts. We have innovation in our dna, with messages as our purpose. On a daily basis, innovation is felt through the freedom we have to create projects, whether for internal improvements or for outstanding proposals for the market. We have openness with the leadership and full access to the board to share, co-create and, most importantly, to direct us.
During my time at blip, I was able to participate in the design of new areas, new positions, new products, platform evolutions and I also had technical and strategic support from many of our partners , especially in the tech segment , such as apple, google, facebook, microsoft , between others. How do we organize ourselves? This entire process of innovation and creative freedom that we have is not exclusive to just one area, we all have the same incentive even with the constant changes in our organization chart, due to the growth in the number of blippers. I don’t risk naming all the areas here, because, as we always like to say, nothing should be written in “pen” at blip, but in a simpler grouping we have the platform, customer success, planning & controlling, people & management teams. , operations, data & analytics, marketing, commercial, alliances & partnerships, among many others. When we welcome someone to blip, we make sure that this person knows a little about each area during the onboarding process , after all, we take the concept that we are all in the same boat very seriously, we need to get to know each other and support each other.
And, even if it is not possible to meet everyone ( which is increasingly common as there are more than 500 of us ), we still maintain the idea that everyone has 5 minutes for each other and, for that amount of attention, no there is a position or hierarchy when we work at blip. And, of course, we also have our own internal smart contacts that help us on a daily basis, especially in more operational activities. Okay, but what about the benefits of working at blip?
