According to our estimates: Reservations canceled from the official website amount to 11% of the total Bookings canceled by the major portals vary from 16% (Expedia) to 27% (Booking) of the total Furthermore, we have noticed that bookings not canceled from the official website have a higher average duration and average value than those made on the portal.
