Lumbs Golden Bale

Would it be possible if somebody could describe to me what exactly defines the Lumbs Golden Bale bunch? Is it a difference in how the fibre is manufactured or how the sheep are brought up? Is a certain type of breed used for this cloth?

I would also be interested if anyone here has any experience in the making (or wearing) of Lumbs Golden Bale cloth. Is it harder wearing or does it make up differently?
